How do I get a price for a mixed order?
Add instruments to your quote list or list them in the form. We send one written quote covering every line, with unit or wholesale pricing applied per item.
What is the minimum order?
One unit at retail price. Twelve or more of the same catalogue number gets the wholesale price. Private-label runs start from 100 units per design, to be confirmed.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. Samples are paid, and the sample cost is credited against your first order. Choose “Request a sample” in the form.
Are instruments sterile on arrival?
No. Everything ships non-sterile and must be cleaned and steam sterilized before first use.
Can you mark instruments with our brand?
Yes. Laser-etched logos and custom packaging are part of our private-label programme.
How do payment and shipping work?
Instruments are always in stock and delivered to your door by air within 7 days. Payment terms and shipping cost are stated on your quote. Nothing is charged before you accept it.
