About

Our name is
our address.

74°E

For 35 years our family factory has made instruments that other brands sell under their own names. Now we sell them under ours — direct.

E74 is the longitude of the place our instruments are made — 74° East. Our name is our address. Every mirror, explorer, scaler and forceps is forged, ground and hand-finished in our own family factory, then inspected piece by piece before it carries the mark.

Because we own the factory, there is no chain of middlemen between the workbench and you. That means better tools at honest prices — and the confidence to put our Lifetime Warranty* and free lifetime sharpening behind every piece.

How we make them

Each piece is forged, shaped, ground, polished and hand-finished by experienced craftspeople, then checked for alignment, edge and action before it ships.

What we promise

  • Lifetime Warranty* against manufacturing defects
  • Free lifetime sharpening for edged tools
  • Straight answers from a family business — email hello@e74surgical.com
